Questions

Is there an app store app?

Not yet, and you don't need one. OneHop installs straight from your browser onto your home screen. It gets its own icon, opens full screen and keeps you signed in, just like an app from the store.

Do I have to update it?

No. The home-screen app always opens the latest version of OneHop, so there's nothing to download or update.

Does it work without a connection?

OneHop needs a connection to load your network. Without one, it opens to a short "you're offline" screen with a button to try again, rather than a browser error.

Is my data on my phone?

Your network stays in your OneHop account, protected the same way as on the website. The home-screen app stores only what any browser stores to keep you signed in and load quickly. Read the Privacy Policy.

How do I remove it?

Press and hold the OneHop icon, then choose Remove App (iPhone) or Uninstall (Android). That only removes the icon; your account stays as it is until you delete it in Settings.
